Information you send us
Quote requests include your name, contact information, state, and building details. Financing requests also include your date of birth, Whitestone sales rep name, address, employer, household income, mortgage amount, Social Security number, driver’s license number and dates or a license photo, and any co-signer information you choose to provide with their authorization.
How this website uses it
Whitestone Steel uses submitted information to respond to your request and coordinate next steps. Submitting a financing request does not run a credit check or approve credit. Any lender application and credit authorization are handled separately.
Storage and access
Requests are saved in the website’s hosted database. Financing application details and license photos are encrypted before storage. Photos are held in private file storage, and access through the website is restricted to the authorized site owner. Social Security and driver’s license numbers are masked by default in that account’s application inbox. The website does not save financing fields to browser local storage.
Email notifications and service providers
The website uses FormSubmit to forward quote requests to sales@whitestonesteel.com. FormSubmit also emails financing application summaries to sales@whitestonesteel.com, including applicant and any co-signer contact information, date of birth, address, employment, income, mortgage payment, sales rep, and license dates when entered. These emails include full Social Security and driver’s license numbers and attach any uploaded license photos for the applicant and co-signer. Copies are also saved in the private application inbox; emails include a link to review them. Hosting and notification providers process data as needed to operate these services.
Website chat
Our chat widget is provided by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. Messages and contact details you submit in chat are processed through that service so our team can respond. Do not send Social Security numbers or financial application details in chat. The widget is not loaded on pages containing contact, quote, or financing application forms, or in the private application inbox.
Technical information
The website uses a daily hash of the connecting IP address to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting providers may process request and security information. A session preference remembers whether you dismissed the offer popup. Links to the 3D builder, social media, and Google reviews take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Questions, corrections, or deletion requests
Contact sales@whitestonesteel.com or call (430) 294-7467. Include your request reference if available. Do not include a Social Security number in email. Any applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect a deletion request.
